Crap I hate it when I can't exercise cos I'm having a mad fit of muscle cramps. Pure torture now....
Anyway today was a stupid breakfast which I don't want to think about because I'll feel like killing myself. Lunch was 1/4 cup of milk that makes up for my calcium intake because I have a deficiency in calcium how nice and a bowl of spinach. Boiled. Urghhh. It was as bad as eating spinach raw. Not hungry at all argh. The thought of food makes me feel very very sick right now, especially with all the muscle cramps.
Dinner will be cabbage soup........ with or without salmon. I'm still deciding. D:
